92king Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Explained Plainly

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

2. Account Registration

To register and use the 92king platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person (not a company or automated entity) aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• You provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you take sole responsibility for determining the legality of your own participation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or family member of a current employee of 92king or any associated company.

92king reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time — including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Accounts with unverified identities may have withdrawal requests held pending verification completion.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 92king will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 92king support immediately at support@92king.ws.

3. Age Verification

92king applies the following age verification procedures:

• All new accounts are flagged for age review. Where the platform has reason to doubt the age of an account holder, access to real-money betting will be suspended pending verification.
• Verification documents accepted include a valid Pakistani CNIC (which displays date of birth), a valid passport or a valid driving licence.
• Any winnings generated by an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited. The deposited funds will be returned after verification of the deposit source.
• If you are aware of a minor accessing or attempting to access the 92king platform, please report this to support@92king.ws immediately.

Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online betting platforms. 92king supports responsible parenting and provides information on available tools on the Responsible Gaming page.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to the 92king platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 500, credited same business day
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — minimum deposit Rs 500, instant credit

92king does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 92king's control. All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet and are immediately available for betting and gaming.

92king reserves the right to carry out source of funds checks on any deposit. If you cannot adequately demonstrate the legitimate origin of funds deposited, those funds and any winnings generated from them may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

92king processes withdrawal requests with an average turnaround time of under 8 minutes to Easypaisa and JazzCash for standard verified accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 5,000,000 for standard accounts. Higher limits are available to VIP Club members on request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same 92king account, except in cases where 92king support has approved an alternative method in writing.
• All outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before any withdrawal is processed. Real money funds (non-bonus) are always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.
• Identity verification must be complete before withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000 are processed.
• 92king does not charge withdrawal fees. Any bank or wallet provider charges are the responsibility of the player.

In cases where 92king has reason to believe that a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other policy breach, the withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation. 92king will notify the account holder of any such hold within 48 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all 92king bonuses and promotional offers:

• Bonuses are credited automatically upon meeting the qualifying deposit condition. No bonus code is required unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player per household per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes abuse and will result in all bonuses and related winnings being forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited.
• Wagering contributions by game type: slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed towards the wagering requirement; live table games and sports bets typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are stated on the promotion page.
• 92king reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This will not affect any bonus already credited to an active account in good standing.
• The maximum bet permitted while wagering a bonus is Rs 2,500 per spin or round, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• VIP cashback bonuses are paid without wagering requirements. All other bonuses carry the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion descriptions.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the 92king platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where the Cash Out feature is available and used before the event concludes.
• Minimum sports bet: Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event and market — they are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, the 92king settlement policy is as follows: if the event does not commence within 12 hours of the scheduled kick-off or start time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned. For events that start but are abandoned before the completion threshold defined for that sport, bets are void unless the market has already been determined.
• If an accumulator contains a voided selection, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the bet settles on the remaining legs at the revised combined odds.
• 92king reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where it is evident that the result was influenced by corruption, match fixing or any other irregular activity. 92king cooperates fully with relevant sporting authorities on integrity matters.
• Obvious pricing errors on any market — for example, decimal odds that are clearly the result of a technical fault — are not binding. 92king will void bets placed at erroneous prices and return stakes to players.
• In-play betting odds reflect current match conditions and are updated continuously. 92king accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing a bet or cashing out during a live event.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on the 92king platform — including slots, table games, live dealer games and instant win titles — are provided by third-party software suppliers whose RNG technology is certified by independent testing laboratories. The following rules apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. 92king has no ability to influence or adjust game outcomes after a round has begun.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round result will be settled based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection or the next deterministic outcome, depending on the game type. Interrupted rounds that cannot be settled will be refunded.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-term statistical averages verified by independent auditors. RTP is not a guarantee of return in any individual session and should not be used as the basis for betting decisions.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers in certified studios. In the extremely rare event of a dealer error observable on the video record, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bets on casino games start at Rs 200 for slots and Rs 300 for live table games. Maximum bet limits are stated within each game.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

92king reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Actions that will result in immediate suspension include but are not limited to:

• Operating more than one account — duplicates will all be suspended simultaneously.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds from a third-party payment method not registered in your name.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors in a way that is evidently not consistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated or systematic bonus farming.
• Any conduct that 92king reasonably considers to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 92king will notify the account holder within 48 hours and conduct a review within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@92king.ws. Any legitimate real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

The following self-management tools are available to all 92king account holders directly from the account settings page — no support request is needed:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount in PKR.
• Loss limits — set a maximum loss amount over a defined period, after which betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Temporary self-exclusion — suspend account access for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 12 months).
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account with no option to reopen it. This is irreversible.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

92king processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Key points relevant to your use of the platform include:

• 92king collects identity information, contact details, payment records and betting history for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Your personal data is stored in secure, encrypted systems and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• 92king may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 92king holds about you at any time by contacting support@92king.ws.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92king platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92king or its licensed suppliers. The following uses are prohibited without explicit written permission:

• Reproducing, copying or distributing any 92king branded materials for commercial purposes.
• Using the 92king brand name, logo or domain name in any way that implies an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the 92king platform.
• Scraping, crawling or systematically extracting data from the 92king platform through automated means.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92king's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 92king is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data or any indirect or consequential losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity failures or force majeure events outside 92king's reasonable control.
• 92king is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect game result or incorrect odds display, 92king's liability is limited to voiding the affected bet and returning the stake. 92king is not liable for profits that would have been made had the correct odds or game outcome applied.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 92king's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

92king reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following procedure governs all amendments:

• Material changes — those that affect player rights, withdrawal rules or bonus terms — will be communicated to all registered account holders by email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
• Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause — may be made without advance notice.
• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent change.
• Continued use of the 92king platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
